H/JAB covers a range of mechanical seals replacing those fitted to older Jabsco pumps, particularly flexible-impeller (FIP) ranges.
Various seal types are available depending on the OEM part number. Where part number represent a kit, only the mechanical seal is supplied.
Type A is an enclosed, compact bellows seal and is the most common.
Type B is a Jabsco-specific bronze, press-fitted stationary seal with internal shaft-sealing rotary.
Type C is a compact rubber bellows seal, commonly fitted to Jabsco 515xx Series pumps.
Type D is a common single-spring diaphragm seal.
Type E is an encapsulated rubber "boot" seal, commonly fitted to Jabsco 150xx Series pumps
