HCR3 replaces the bolted-in cartridge

seals fitted to older Davey VM - Vertical Multistage pumps.

  • Seal Installation

Available in three sizes.

 

The 12mm & 16mm seals are mounted

via 3 x bolts on the seal housing

(D). After bolting, simply fasten the

set screws (B) to the shaft. No additional spacers are needed as the

wearing PTFE Ring (C) provides the

correct compression distance once

worn away.

 

The 22mm seal requires use of an

spacer (supplied) to set the correct

compression distance.
