Flushed Seal Bushing Assy.

HA-CTM replaced the "Flushed Hard Face Rotary Seals" in Alfa Laval Contherm™ Scraped-Surface Heat Exchangers (SSHE's) used in the processing of particularly viscous, heat sensitive, sticky or solids-containing products.

 

The flushed seal assembly uses the same 2.000'' rotary component from the "Standard Seal Assembly" but used in conjunction with a 1.500'' seal to form a chamber for flushing or sterilising the non-product side of the seal.
