H82D/JBHL

H82D/JBHL replaces the double mechanical seal face kit fitted to Jabsco Hy-Line and Ultima Hygienic Rotary Lobe pumps. It uses the H82/JBHL base as the inboard seal and incorporates a outboard set of seal faces mounted in a dedicated housing, creating a double seal suitable for high-pressure lubricating fluids.

 

H82D/JBHL includes OEM elastomer "trim kit", wave spring and outboard washer (supplied in PTFE). Excludes drive ring.

 

Each pump requires two identical seals, one for each shaft.

Outboard seal faces are always SiC/CAB. Available in two inboard face material combinations, indicated by the 7th position number in the pump’s code:

 

Code 4: SiC/CAB

Suitable for most general applications.

 

Code 1: SiC/SiC

Hard seal faces for abrasive fluids or where shedding of particles into fluid stream must be avoided.

 

Elastomers: NBR, Viton or EPDM
