H82-ALOL replaces the front-loading "EasyFit®" mechanical seals found in Alfa Laval® OptiLobe Rotary Lobe pumps (formerly SSP Series L)

 

Mechanical seals can be easily replaced by removing the front rotors. Compression distance is pre-set once rotor is reinstalled.

 

The wave-spring is located behind the rotor and a drive ring (excluded) provides anti-rotation by locking into the rotor slots.

 

Each pump requires two identical seals, one for each shaft.
