H560D is a double mechanical seal in a back-to back arrangement. It is  widely used to seal the oil chamber in submersible pumps of Japanese origin.

 

The rotary retainer is crimped to prevent movement of the face and rubber diaphragm.

 

The inboard stationary is vulcanised (bonded) by the elastomer and held in place by a retainer plate (optional).
