Q: Do you repair pumps?
No. We specialise in mechanical seals. We offer some engineering services for mechanical-seal related parts including the shaft and pump housing.
Q: Do you sell pumps?
No. We do not sell pumps of any kind.
Q: Do you supply lip seals, oil seals or gland packing?
No, unless the mechanical seal itself is designed with an accompanying lip seal.
Q: My existing seal is in pieces, can you still identify the seal?
Typically yes, please send in your physical samples so we may further investigate.
Q: I don't want to disassemble the pump yet, can you quote based on the nameplate only?
In most circumstances for common brands. We may not have references for all brands, please check the seals by brand list.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Q: When are orders dispatched?
Orders quoted as "in-stock" items will typically dispatch same-day if finalised before 12:00pm (AEST). Orders received after this time will generally dispatch the next business day, however may dispatch same-day at our discretion.
Q: Can I pickup directly from your office?
Yes, all orders are available for pickup from our office located at: 42 Gibson Avenue PADSTOW NSW 2211. Subject to our opening hours.
Q: Do you ship on receiver-pays accounts?
Generally no, except in special circumstances (e.g. international orders) at our discretion. This ensures orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.
Q: Can you accommodate receiver-booked pickups?
Yes, subject to receiving a package ready confirmation from us. Collections must be booked as per our opening hours.
Q: What are your freight charges and lead times?
Our freight charges are based on the fastest, most reliable, and most cost-effective service available. The carrier used is dependent on the receiver's location. Generally, interstate deliveries are sent via TGE - Priority, Sydney Metro deliveries via Go Logistics and residential / PO Box deliveries via AusPost Express .
