No, we do not repair the pumps themselves. While the majority of pump defects / leaking is as a result of a worn / failed mechanical seal, please phone a professional pump repair service who specialises in the repair of your pump type.

Q: Do you sell pumps?

No, we do not sell pumps or distribute pumps of any kind.

Q: Do you supply lip seals, oil seals or gland packing?

Generally no, unless the seal itself is designed with an accompanying lip seal.

Q: My existing seal is broken into many pieces, can you still identify the seal?

Typically yes, please send us your physical sample so we may further investigate.

Q: I don't want to disassemble the pump yet, can you quote based on the nameplate only?

Typically yes for some of the more common brands, however this is less reliable for uncommon brands unless we have encountered the same brand / model number before

Q: Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship to all customers Australia-wide

Q: What is your delivery lead time?

Because we rely on more than one company for our deliveries, the lead time will change depending on the company we use.

We will generally use the company with the quickest delivery window, this is usually overnight for orders based in NSW, VIC or QLD.
