Same-day dispatch & freight consolidation:

The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 3pm. Stocked items only. Next-day dispatch for orders received after 3pm.

Additional orders may be consolidated to save on freight charges, at our discretion.

Missed deliveries & surcharges:

It is the receivers responsibility to ensure goods are deliverable to the requested business address. Any surcharges incurred as a result of orders unable to be delivered will be on-forwarded to the receiver. A full list of these surcharges are available here.

Missed deliveries:

It is the receivers responsibility to ensure goods are deliverable to the requested address. Goods will be forwarded to the nearest post office for collection if delivery is missed.

Typically next business day. Same-day service if adhered to cut-off times.

All Sydney Metro $20. Prepaid orders will only be dispatched once payment has fully cleared

Same-day dispatch & freight consolidation:

The cut-off time for dispatch is 3pm. The cut-off time for same-day service is no later than 9am. Stocked items only.

Additional orders may be consolidated to save on freight charges, at our discretion.

Missed deliveries:

Receiver Account Freight Bookings

Currently, we only accept receiver account freight bookings with Team Global Express (TGE), formerly "Toll". Receiver account bookings must be agreed to in-writing. All charges billed to us incurred as a result of failure to bill the receiver will be charged to the receiver. We reserve the right to refuse receiver account bookings.

 

We do not accept receiver account bookings on the following couriers: TNT / Fedex, Startrack

Receiver Courier Pickups

We accept receiver-booked courier pickups. Please refer to our opening hours before booking.

You must await our confirmation that goods are ready for pickup, prior to booking.

Failure to do so and in the event a futile pickup is made, we do not accept responsibility for any re-booking fees or charges.
