PRODUCT INFORMATION

Boot / cup mounted seats are often used in high volume production pumps. The seat is push fitted into a recess in the seal plate known as the gland, which is bolted to the face of the seal chamber.

It relies entirely on friction to prevent rotation during operation.

CM seats are specifically used in conjunction with the H21 mechanical seals for imperial sized shafts. The OD or cavity size is to suit American (US) imperial standards.

N seat are used for cavity sizes to suit European (UK) imperial standards.
